Packages Umrah specializes in Umrah packages, flights, hotels, visas, transportation, and related travel services. All bookings are subject to availability and the conditions outlined below.
1. Booking & Payment
Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from Packages Umrah.
Deposit Requirement
A minimum deposit of 40% of the total booking value is required to secure your reservation.
Final Balance
The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline specified at the time of booking. Payment deadlines may vary depending on airline, hotel, visa, or package requirements.
Failure to Pay
Failure to pay the outstanding balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of any deposit paid.
2. Prices & Availability
All prices displayed on our website or quoted by our representatives are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Airline fares, hotel rates, taxes, visa fees, and supplier charges may change without notice until the booking is fully confirmed and paid.
Packages Umrah reserves the right to amend prices where suppliers impose additional charges beyond our control.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Customer Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels.
Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa authorities, and other suppliers.
Deposit Refunds
Deposits are refundable only if no services have been issued or confirmed against the booking. Once any ticket, visa, hotel reservation, or travel service has been issued, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain promotional fares, special offers, visa fees, and supplier-specific services may be fully non-refundable.
Processing Time
Approved refunds may take several weeks depending on supplier and banking processing times.
4. Passport, Visa & Travel Documents
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that:
- Their passport is valid for at least six (6) months from the date of travel.
- They possess all necessary visas, permits, vaccination certificates, and travel documentation.
- Their personal information provided during booking is accurate and matches their travel documents.
Packages Umrah assists with visa processing where applicable; however, visa approvals, delays, refusals, or processing times are entirely at the discretion of the relevant authorities.
Packages Umrah shall not be liable for losses arising from visa refusal, delay, or incomplete documentation.
5. Umrah Packages
All Umrah packages are subject to the rules and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Saudi Ministry of Hajj & Umrah.
Packages Umrah shall not be held responsible for:
- Changes in Saudi regulations.
- Changes to hotel allocations.
- Flight schedule amendments.
- Visa policy changes.
- Government-imposed travel restrictions.
- Mandatory changes required by Saudi authorities.
In such circumstances, alternative arrangements may be offered where possible.
6. Flights & Airline Responsibility
Packages Umrah acts solely as an intermediary between customers and airlines.
Any delays, cancellations, schedule changes, denied boarding, baggage issues, or operational disruptions remain the responsibility of the airline concerned.
Packages Umrah shall not be liable for compensation, damages, accommodation costs, or additional expenses arising from airline-related issues.
7. Hotels & Accommodation
Hotel ratings, descriptions, facilities, and photographs are provided by suppliers and may change without prior notice.
While every effort is made to provide the booked accommodation, circumstances beyond our control may require alternative arrangements of a similar standard.
Distances between hotels and the Holy Mosques are approximate and may vary depending on routes, entrances, construction work, and local conditions.
8. Ground Transportation
Airport transfers and transportation services are arranged through third-party providers.
Packages Umrah is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, or operational circumstances beyond our control.
9. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
Travel insurance should cover:
- Medical emergencies
- Trip cancellation
- Travel delays
- Lost baggage
- Personal liability
- Emergency repatriation
Packages Umrah shall not be liable for any losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to:
- Comply with all local laws and regulations.
- Follow airline, hotel, and transport provider requirements.
- Behave respectfully towards fellow travellers, staff, and religious sites.
- Ensure all information provided during booking is accurate.
Packages Umrah reserves the right to terminate services without refund where customer behaviour causes disruption, safety concerns, or breaches applicable laws.
11. Force Majeure
Packages Umrah shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure results from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Political unrest
- Terrorism
- Strikes
- Severe weather conditions
- Acts of God
In such situations, refunds and alternatives will be subject to supplier policies.
