More Than Just Umrah Packages
Group Umrah Packages from the UK start from £625 per person — our lowest available pricing, reflecting the genuine discounts that group bookings unlock across flights, hotels, and transport. Every group package includes return flights from your nearest UK airport, Umrah visas for every group member processed simultaneously, coordinated hotel rooms for the full group in both Makkah and Madinah, and all Saudi Arabia ground transport.
Packages Umrah (7 Huxley Avenue, Manchester M8 0SJ) arranges group Umrah for every type of UK Muslim group: mosque and masjid communities booking together for a shared spiritual experience, extended families of 10 or more, Islamic societies and university Muslim societies, women-only groups, and professional or friendship groups whose members want to perform Umrah together. We work with groups of 5 pilgrims and groups of 50+. The logistics change by scale. The service does not.
WhatsApp +44 7737 144335 with your group’s approximate size, preferred dates, departure airport, and star rating preference. We return a personalised group quote the same day — with a real group-rate price, not a standard individual rate with a ‘group discount’ label applied in the small print.
Group bookings reduce per-person costs through three mechanisms: hotel room block rates (hotels offer lower per-night rates for guaranteed floor or block allocations), dedicated transport costs spread across the group (a 20-person coach costs less per head than 20 individual taxi fares), and occasionally negotiated flight allocations for very large groups. The savings are real but not unlimited — the claims of ‘up to 40% off’ that some UK Umrah websites advertise are not achievable in practice for most groups. Our savings table shows realistic, honest estimates:
Group Size | Estimated Saving vs Individual Booking | Notes |
5–9 people | 5–8% per person | Small group — reduced hotel block rate |
10–14 people | 10–15% per person | Standard group threshold — most agencies begin discounts here |
15–19 people | 15–18% per person | Significant group rate on both flights and hotels |
20–29 people | 18–22% per person | Large group — dedicated vehicle, priority hotel allocation |
30–49 people | 20–25% per person | Major group — potential to negotiate departure time, floor allocation |
50+ people | 25–30% per person | Large community group — best available group terms across all elements |
The meaningful group discount threshold is 10 people — below which savings are modest (5–8%). Above 10, savings become significant. For mosque groups of 20–30 pilgrims, a realistic saving of 18–22% per person versus individual bookings is achievable, translating to approximately £130–£160 per person saved on a 10-night 3-star package.
For a mosque community organising 25 members for Umrah, the logistics of 25 individual bookings — 25 separate flight searches, 25 separate visa submissions, 25 separate hotel bookings — is prohibitive without professional coordination. A group package assigns all 25 members to a single booking reference, a single visa processing batch, a single hotel block, and a single agent who manages every member’s documentation and queries. The organising committee member who coordinates the mosque group deals with one agent, not 25 separate processes.
The Prophet ﷺ consistently emphasised the communal nature of Islamic worship — prayer in congregation carries a reward 27 times greater than prayer alone (Sahih Bukhari 645). Umrah performed with your mosque community, your extended family, or your close friends carries a specific quality of shared worship that individual packages cannot replicate. Performing Tawaf alongside people you have prayed with in your local masjid, standing in the Rawdah with your university Islamic society, or completing Sa’i with your extended family — these are experiences that create lasting bonds between the group members that persist long after the return to the UK. UK group pilgrims consistently describe shared Umrah as one of the strongest community-building experiences available to a Muslim group in 2027.
The Prophet ﷺ said: ‘The hand of Allah is with the congregation.’ (Tirmidhi 2166). Group worship — including group pilgrimage — carries a specific blessing of unity that individual worship, however sincere, does not generate in the same form.
For UK Muslims performing their first Umrah, travelling as part of a group that includes experienced pilgrims is one of the most practically valuable aspects of the group format. An experienced group member who has performed Tawaf before can guide a first-timer through the circuit, explain the dua at Maqam Ibrahim, and navigate the Haram’s layout. This mentorship within the group — informal, community-based, and spiritually motivated — is something no pre-departure tutorial or YouTube guide can fully replicate. Most UK mosque groups specifically include experienced Umrah veterans who serve this role naturally.
Mosque and masjid community groups are the most common format we arrange at Packages Umrah. A UK mosque imam or committee member contacts us with a group size (typically 15–50 pilgrims), a preferred month, and a budget range. We build a group package around these parameters — a block of rooms on the same floor of a named hotel, coordinated flight seats on the same departure, simultaneous visa processing for all members, group transport throughout Saudi Arabia, and a group Nusuk registration process for all members’ Rawdah visits.
For mosque groups, we also offer the option of incorporating a brief pre-departure Umrah workshop — covering the rituals, the Nusuk app setup, and the Saudi Arabia practical guide — either conducted at your mosque by a Packages Umrah representative or delivered digitally as a guide document. This preparation session is provided at no additional cost for groups of 15 or more.
Extended family groups — typically 8–20 members across two or three family units — are the second most common group format. These groups have a specific practical requirement that mosque groups do not always share: proximity of rooms for family members who need to be on the same floor or in adjacent rooms for elderly parents or young children. We configure extended family group packages with specific room arrangements confirmed in writing — which family members are in which rooms, which floor they are on, and what the hotel’s connecting-room options are for families with young children.
Women-only Umrah groups from the UK have grown significantly since Saudi Arabia’s 2021 regulatory change permitting women aged 18 and over to perform Umrah without a Mahram as part of an organised group. A women-only group package from Packages Umrah includes: all female group members’ Umrah visas processed together (the group tour operator status satisfies the ‘organised group’ regulatory requirement), coordinated hotel rooms arranged for female-only group proximity, and a dedicated named female-liaison contact within our team for the group’s WhatsApp queries throughout the Saudi Arabia stay.
Women-only groups typically range from 5 to 30 members — friends from a local study circle or halaqah, colleagues, sisters from a mosque women’s committee, or university Islamic society sisters. The group format provides security, companionship, and practical mutual support throughout the pilgrimage that solo women travellers consistently describe as the most important factor in their Umrah experience.
Under current Saudi regulations, women aged 18 and over may perform Umrah without a Mahram when travelling as part of an organised group through a licensed UK Umrah operator. All our women-only group packages satisfy this regulatory requirement. Individual women seeking to travel without a Mahram outside an organised group should contact us to confirm current visa requirements for their specific situation.
UK university Islamic societies increasingly organise annual or bi-annual group Umrah trips for student members. These groups typically range from 10–30 members, travel during university holiday windows (Christmas, Easter, or summer), and prioritise budget options with 3-star accommodation. We arrange Islamic society group packages with student-focused pricing, flexible payment plans that accommodate student financial timelines, and group visa processing that accounts for student members whose international student status may affect their visa pathway.
Groups of friends — typically 5–15 people who have agreed to perform Umrah together — are one of the most rewarding group formats to arrange. Unlike mosque groups (which have a formal committee structure) or family groups (which have generational dynamics), peer groups have a shared motivation and roughly equal authority in the decision-making process. We work with whoever the group nominates as the primary contact and manage all logistics through them. For peer groups of 5–9 people, savings versus individual bookings are modest but real; for groups of 10+, the group rate begins to make a meaningful financial difference.
Group pricing for Umrah works differently from general travel group discounts. Here is the honest picture of where savings come from and where they do not:
Hotels offer block allocation rates when an agency guarantees a set number of rooms for a set date range. A guaranteed 20-room booking gets a better per-room rate than 20 individual bookings made separately. The savings are real: typically 15–25% on hotel costs for groups of 15+. This is the single largest source of genuine group Umrah savings.
Airlines offer group seating allocations for bookings of 10+ seats on the same departure, but the savings on the flight component are typically modest (5–10%). What the group flight booking primarily delivers is seat proximity — all group members on the same departure, often able to sit near each other — rather than a dramatic price reduction.
Airport transfers and Makkah-Madinah transport for a group of 20 in a single coach costs significantly less per person than 20 individual vehicle bookings. This is a real and tangible saving. For groups of 15+, transport savings alone can account for £30–£50 per person.
Umrah visa fees are fixed per person regardless of group size. What the group booking delivers on visas is coordinated simultaneous processing — all members’ visas submitted and tracked together — not a reduced fee.
Prices below apply to groups of 10 or more, in off-peak months (October, November, April, September). Groups of fewer than 10 travel at standard individual package rates. School holiday months and Ramadan carry additional demand premiums. WhatsApp for group-specific pricing based on your group size and dates.

All group members travel on the same departure flight, confirmed before booking. Airlines, flight number, terminal, and check-in times are stated in the group booking documentation. We arrange departure from Manchester, London Heathrow, Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Leeds Bradford, London Luton, or Gatwick, depending on where the majority of your group is located. For groups spread across multiple UK cities, we arrange meet-at-airport logistics.
Every group member’s Umrah visa is submitted simultaneously through the official Saudi Nusuk portal. For groups of 10–50 members, we process all applications in a single coordinated batch — one submission window, one tracking process, one approval confirmation for the group organiser. No individual member needs to manage their own visa application. We check every member’s passport validity, photograph, and MenACWY certificate before submission and alert the organiser to any documentation gaps.
Group rooms are allocated as a block — not scattered across different floors or wings of the hotel. For groups of 10+, we negotiate same-floor room blocks where available. Male and female accommodation is arranged appropriately — male members in rooms together, female members in rooms together, with family group members configured according to their relationship. Room numbers and floor allocation are confirmed in the group booking documentation.
Groups of 15 or more travel in dedicated coaches or minibuses rather than shared shuttle services. Airport transfer in Saudi Arabia, Makkah-Madinah intercity transport, and return airport transfer are all coordinated for the full group simultaneously. No member arrives before or after the group without prior arrangement. Transport timing is scheduled around prayer times wherever possible.
Every group member is registered on the Nusuk platform and has a Rawdah visit slot pre-booked before departure. For groups, we coordinate Rawdah visits in adjacent time slots so group members visit the Rawdah together or in close sequence — a specific aspect of the communal group experience that individual bookings cannot coordinate. For large groups (30+), we may book two or more Rawdah slots in close sequence to accommodate the full group.
One named Packages Umrah agent manages the full group booking — from first contact through every member’s visa approval, through the Saudi Arabia stay, and to every member’s safe return. The group organiser has a single WhatsApp contact for every query and issue throughout the process. For large community groups where the organiser has their own management responsibilities, this single point of contact is the most consistently cited service feature that mosque committee members value.
Group Umrah timing depends on the group’s composition and priorities. Different group types have different optimal windows:
Group Type | Best Month(s) | Reason | Key Consideration |
Mosque community groups | October / November | Quiet Haram, comfortable weather, off-peak pricing — best for focused community worship | Book hotel block 3–4 months ahead |
Extended family groups | October half-term / Easter | School holiday alignment for family members with children | Children’s fares reduce group total |
Women-only groups | October / November / April | Quieter Haram — important for women-only group comfort and accessibility | Confirm current mahram regulations before booking |
Islamic society / student groups | Easter / Christmas | University holiday windows align; student fares available | Budget focus — 3★ most common |
Senior community groups | October / November | Comfortable weather critical for elderly members; quietest crowds | 4★ or 5★ minimum for proximity |
Large groups (30+) | Any off-peak month | Logistics easier in quieter months; hotel block flexibility best off-peak | Book 4–6 months ahead for large blocks |
Seven nights (4 Makkah, 3 Madinah) is the most popular group duration for mosque community groups and Islamic societies. The 7-night format aligns well with the working week — a Thursday group departure returns the following Thursday, using 5 working days of annual leave for employed group members. For groups whose members have varied leave entitlements, 7 nights is typically the duration that all members can manage simultaneously. Group Tawaf on the first Makkah evening together, group Fajr at the Haram, and the shared Madinah experience across 3 nights create the core group Umrah memories in 7 nights.
Ten nights (6 Makkah, 4 Madinah) is our most recommended group duration for mosque community groups. Six Makkah nights gives the group enough time to develop a shared daily Haram rhythm — Fajr together, morning Quran in the Haram, lunch near the hotel, afternoon return to the Haram for Asr and Maghrib, evening as a group. The communal quality of the group Umrah experience deepens with each night. By Makkah night 4, group members who were strangers on the flight have prayed together eight times and share a connection that mosque activities at home rarely create as quickly.
Twelve nights suits senior community groups, groups with elderly members who benefit from a slower pace, and extended family groups travelling during longer holiday windows. Seven Makkah nights give elderly group members enough time to settle into the Haram without rushing — performing Tawaf at a walking meditation pace across multiple sessions rather than a single exhausting circuit. Twelve-night groups also have sufficient time for comprehensive Madinah Ziyarat — visiting Masjid Quba, the Masjid al-Qiblatain, the battlefields of Uhud, and the graves of the Companions (RA).
Two full weeks is the choice of mosque groups making a ‘once in a generation’ community Umrah, extended families using the summer or Christmas break, and groups whose members have specifically organised their annual leave around the pilgrimage. Fourteen nights gives the group 8 Makkah nights and 6 Madinah nights. For mosque imams leading their community group, 14 nights includes enough time for informal Islamic education sessions in the Madinah hotel — halaqah circles, Seerah lectures, and reflections on the pilgrimage experience — alongside the worship schedule. These sessions, led by the group’s scholar or imam in Madinah, are among the most described community Umrah experiences that UK mosque groups bring back.
Before contacting us, establish your approximate group size, your preferred month (or school holiday window), your preferred star rating, and your budget range per person. The more specific you are at the enquiry stage, the more accurate and faster your group quote will be. For mosque groups, designating a single primary contact person — typically the imam, a mosque committee member, or a trusted organiser — simplifies communication significantly.
WhatsApp +44 7737 144335 or call the same number with your group profile: approximate size, preferred month, departure airport, star rating, and duration. Walk-in welcome at 7 Huxley Avenue, Manchester M8 0SJ — our Manchester office is particularly convenient for North England and Scottish group organisers.
We return a personalised group quote the same day: specific hotel name, floor block arrangement, room configuration details, group airline and flight times, group discount applied versus standard individual rates, and total per-person price with every inclusion stated. We also state the minimum group size at which this price is valid and what happens if group size changes after deposit.
A £100 per person deposit from the group organiser on behalf of all members confirms the hotel block, flight seats, and dates. For large mosque groups, we accept the deposit in stages as members commit — typically a first tranche of deposits within 2 weeks of the quote. We hold the hotel block and flight allocation for 14 days from quote before releasing to the open market.
The group organiser collects every member’s documentation and forwards to us in a single batch: passport photographs, passport photos, and MenACWY vaccination certificates. We verify every member’s documentation, flag gaps immediately, and process the full group’s Umrah visas simultaneously. For large groups, we create a simple documentation checklist the organiser distributes to members.
We process all members’ Umrah visas through the official Saudi Nusuk portal in a coordinated batch. All members’ Nusuk registrations are completed. Group Rawdah visit slots are pre-booked for the entire group in adjacent or sequential time slots. Standard processing: 4–7 working days per batch. Group organiser receives all visa confirmations simultaneously.
Two weeks before departure, the group organiser receives: all members’ e-tickets (in a single batch document), group hotel voucher with floor/room block details, Saudi Arabia ground transport itinerary, all Nusuk permits and Rawdah booking confirmations for all members, group Umrah guide document, UK airport departure guide, and the agent’s 24/7 WhatsApp number for the Saudi Arabia stay.
Your named agent is available on WhatsApp 24/7 throughout the group’s Saudi Arabia stay. For large mosque groups, we maintain contact with the designated group coordinator throughout, providing information on Haram access, transport timing, Rawdah visit confirmations, and any on-ground logistics. No member of the group is managing logistics alone.
Packages Umrah arranges group Umrah departures from every major UK airport. Our Manchester base is the primary point for North England and Scottish groups.
Manchester (MAN) is the primary group departure airport for North England and Scotland. East Lancashire’s mosque communities — Blackburn, Burnley, Accrington, Nelson, Colne, Padiham — are 45–60 minutes from Manchester Airport and are among the most active group Umrah communities in the UK. West Yorkshire mosque groups (Bradford Jamia Masjid, Leeds masjids, Dewsbury, Huddersfield) are 45–75 minutes. We have coordinated group departures from Manchester for groups as large as 80 people on the same direct Jeddah flight. Our Manchester M8 office (7 Huxley Avenue) is 20 minutes from the terminal — group organiser meetings welcome.
Heathrow (LHR) handles the largest volume of London mosque and community group Umrah departures. London’s Muslim communities from Tower Hamlets (particularly Whitechapel and Stepney), Newham (West Ham, Plaistow), Brent (Wembley, Harlesden), Ealing, and Waltham Forest organise significant annual mosque group departures through Heathrow. Gatwick provides an alternative for South London groups.
Birmingham (BHX) serves the West Midlands mosque community for group Umrah — Sparkbrook, Alum Rock, Small Heath, Handsworth, Lozells, Wolverhampton, and Coventry mosque groups all access Jeddah flights via BHX. For large West Midlands mosque groups, we coordinate block flight seat allocations on Birmingham-Jeddah departures.
Scottish mosque groups — predominantly from Glasgow’s Pollokshields and Govanhill communities, with additional groups from Edinburgh, Dundee, Aberdeen, and Stirling — connect via Manchester or London on single group itineraries. Scotland’s Muslim community is smaller in number but among the most actively engaged in annual group Umrah across the UK. We serve Scottish groups of all sizes.
Group Umrah packages are available for every month of 2027. Choose the month that best matches your group’s school holiday needs, budget, and pilgrimage intentions:
How much does a group Umrah package cost from the UK?
Our group Umrah packages (10 or more people) start from £625/pp in off-peak months (October, November, January). 4-star group packages start from £745/pp. 5-star group from £945/pp. All include return flights, visas, hotel room block, and ground transport. Groups of fewer than 10 travel at standard individual package rates.
How much does a 7 nights group Umrah package cost?
Our 7-night 3-star group package starts from £625/pp (groups of 10+) in off-peak months. The 4-star 7-night group option starts from £745/pp. All prices include return flights, Umrah visas, hotel rooms, and transfers.
How much does a 10 nights group Umrah package cost?
Our 10-night 3-star group package starts from £675/pp (groups of 10+). The 4-star 10-night group option starts from £825/pp. Ten nights is our most recommended group duration for mosque and community groups.
How much does a 12 nights group Umrah package cost?
Our 12-night 3-star group package starts from £715/pp. The 4-star 12-night group option starts from £905/pp. Suited to senior community groups and extended family groups.
How much does a 14 nights group Umrah package cost?
Our 14-night 3-star group package starts from £755/pp. The 4-star group option starts from £985/pp. Two weeks — ideal for summer or Christmas group departures.
Are group Umrah packages cheaper than booking individually?
Yes — for groups of 10 or more. Savings of 10–25% versus individual bookings are realistic for groups of 10–50 members. The savings come primarily from hotel block rates and shared group transport costs. Groups of fewer than 10 save 5–8% at most.
How much does a group of 20 save vs 20 individual bookings?
On a 10-night 4-star package in off-peak months, a group of 20 saves approximately £175–£220 per person versus 20 individual bookings. Total saving: approximately £3,500–£4,400 across the group. Exact savings depend on the specific month, hotel, and flight options.
Is there a minimum group size for a group discount?
Our group rates apply from 10 people. Groups of 5–9 receive modest discounts on transport but hotel and flight savings are minimal below 10. Groups of 10+ access the full range of group negotiated rates.
How do I start organising a mosque group Umrah?
Contact us via WhatsApp (+44 7737 144335) with your group’s approximate size, preferred month, and budget range. We return a detailed group quote the same day. You do not need precise member commitments before making the enquiry — an indicative size is sufficient for the initial quote.
What is the group organiser’s role in a Packages Umrah group booking?
The organiser is the single point of contact between the group and our agency. They collect members’ documents, distribute our pre-departure pack, coordinate the deposit collection, and relay our WhatsApp updates to the group. We manage every logistical process; the organiser manages communication within the group.
What happens if a group member drops out after booking?
This depends on when the drop-out occurs relative to departure. Our group booking terms state: within 12 weeks of departure, a portion of the deposit may be non-refundable depending on flight and hotel cancellation policies. We advise each group clearly on the cancellation terms at booking. Travel insurance that covers cancellation is strongly recommended for all group members.
Can we add members to the group after initial booking?
Yes — additional members can join within the first 4 weeks of booking, subject to hotel room block availability and flight seat availability. After 4 weeks, additions depend on whether space remains. We advise the group organiser on the deadline for adding members at the time of initial booking.
Can different members of our group travel on different dates?
No — group packages are structured around shared departure and return dates. Members who need different dates should book as individual packages, not as part of the group.
Can women travel for Umrah without a Mahram in a women-only group?
Yes. Under current Saudi regulations, women aged 18 and over may perform Umrah without a Mahram when travelling as part of an organised group through a licensed UK Umrah operator. All our women-only group packages satisfy this regulatory requirement.
What specific arrangements do you make for women-only groups?
We arrange: rooms grouped together on the same floor, gender-appropriate rooming configurations, coordinated Rawdah visit slots for female visiting times, and a dedicated female-liaison contact within our team for the group’s WhatsApp queries during the Saudi Arabia stay.
Is there a minimum size for a women-only group?
We arrange women-only groups from 5 members. Smaller groups of 5–9 women receive the organisational benefits of a group package. Groups of 10+ women also benefit from hotel block discounts and group transport savings.
Can women in a women-only group perform Umrah at any time?
Yes — women can perform Tawaf, Sa’i, and all Umrah rituals at any time the Haram is open. There are no gender-restricted Tawaf times. The Rawdah visit in Madinah has specific hours for women’s access — we pre-book your group’s Rawdah visit slots at the designated women’s visiting times before departure.
How are group Umrah visas processed?
We submit all group members’ visas simultaneously through the official Saudi Nusuk portal in a single coordinated batch. Standard processing: 4–7 working days per batch. The group organiser receives all confirmations simultaneously. No member needs to manage their own visa application.
What documents does each group member need?
Each member needs: their own valid UK passport (6+ months validity from return date), a recent passport photograph, and a MenACWY meningitis vaccination certificate. All submitted digitally by the group organiser in a single batch to our agent.
Can non-UK nationals in our group get Umrah visas?
UK residents who hold non-British passports may be eligible for Umrah visas provided they hold valid UK residency. Requirements vary by nationality. We advise on individual visa pathways for non-British passport holders at the enquiry stage.
Do all group members travel on the same flight?
Yes — group packages are structured around all members sharing the same departure flight. This is one of the core logistics benefits of the group format: everyone arrives and departs together.
Can our group get seats together on the plane?
Yes — we arrange group seat allocation at booking for airlines that allow pre-selection. For groups of 10+, we request adjacent block seating on the aircraft. The seat map confirmation is shared with the group organiser.
What happens if our group is too large for a single aircraft’s seat availability?
For very large groups (60+), we may need to arrange seating across multiple rows or, in rare cases, arrange a second departure on the same day with a different airline. We advise large group organisers on flight availability at the time of enquiry.
Which UK airports do you use for group departures?
Manchester, London Heathrow, Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Leeds Bradford, London Luton, and London Gatwick. For groups spread across multiple cities, we arrange the most practical departure hub based on where the majority of members are located.
Does every group member need a Nusuk account?
Yes — every individual pilgrim, including group members, needs their own Nusuk digital permit to perform Umrah rituals and access the Rawdah. We register every group member on Nusuk as part of the package, so no member needs to manage this independently.
Can our group visit the Rawdah together?
We pre-book Rawdah visit slots in adjacent or sequential time windows for the group, so members visit the Rawdah in close sequence. For large groups, visits may be split across two consecutive time slots. The group visiting experience is maintained as closely as Nusuk’s slot system allows.
What should group members bring for identification in the Haram?
Every group member should carry: their Nusuk permit (on their phone), their accommodation voucher, their passport copy (digital), and a note of the hotel name and address in Arabic and English. For large groups, we recommend all members have the group organiser’s mobile number and the agent’s WhatsApp number saved on their phone.
What if a group member gets separated in the Haram?
Designate a specific meeting point before every Haram visit — typically a named gate or a specific floor of the Haram. Brief all group members on this before the first visit. For groups with elderly members or children, designate a ‘buddy system’ — pair each elderly or young member with a fit adult group member for every Haram visit.
Can the group perform Tawaf together?
Groups of 10–20 can typically perform Tawaf together in a loose formation in off-peak months. In busier months (Ramadan, summer, Christmas), groups may need to break into smaller sub-groups of 4–6 members for Tawaf — the crowd density makes maintaining a group formation impractical. Group solidarity is maintained by starting and ending Tawaf together at the same gate.
Is there a group leader or guide included?
For mosque groups that request it and for groups of 25 or more, we include a group coordinator service — an experienced UK Muslim who has performed Umrah and guides the group through the rituals, Haram navigation, and Madinah Ziyarat. This is available as an optional addition to all group packages. Contact us to discuss requirements.
Who are Packages Umrah and why choose them for group Umrah?
Packages Umrah is a Manchester-based agency (Uraan Travel Ltd, 7 Huxley Avenue, Manchester M8 0SJ) that specialises in UK Umrah packages for individuals, families, and groups. We have coordinated group Umrah for mosque communities, extended families, women-only groups, and Islamic societies across the UK. How do I contact Packages Umrah to discuss a group Umrah?
WhatsApp or call +44 7737 144335. Same-day response. Walk in to 7 Huxley Avenue, Manchester M8 0SJ. We serve groups from all UK cities and regions. English and Urdu service.
Group Umrah from the UK is one of the most significant experiences a mosque community, extended family, or group of friends can share. The logistics — coordinating flights for 20 people, processing 20 visas, arranging 20 hotel rooms on the same floor, booking 20 Rawdah slots — should not be a barrier to making it happen. They are what we do.
From a 5-person women’s halaqah group to a 50-person mosque community departure, from a 7-night October half-term group to a 14-night summer group Umrah, we arrange every size and format of group pilgrimage from the UK. Our group prices start from £625/pp for groups of 10+ in off-peak months — our lowest available pricing, reflecting the genuine value that group bookings deliver.
Contact us with your group’s approximate size, preferred month, departure airport, and budget. We return a full group quote the same day. No commitment, no deposit required to receive the quote.

Umrah is a voluntary Islamic pilgrimage to Makkah that can be performed at any time of the year. It is open to all Muslims worldwide, regardless of age or gender, provided women under 45 are accompanied by a Mahram.
Hajj is the compulsory annual pilgrimage performed during the Islamic month of Dhul Hijjah and is one of the Five Pillars of Islam. Umrah is a voluntary pilgrimage that can be performed throughout the year and is often referred to as the “lesser pilgrimage.”
The actual rituals of Umrah — Ihram, Tawaf, Sa’i, and Halq or Taqsir — can be completed in a few hours. However, most pilgrims spend 7 to 14 days in Saudi Arabia to maximise their time in worship at the Haram.
Umrah can be performed throughout the year. However, Ramadan is considered the most spiritually rewarding time, as performing Umrah during this month holds the reward equivalent to Hajj. January to March also offer cooler temperatures and a peaceful atmosphere.
Our Umrah packages typically include return flights from the UK, hotel accommodation in both Makkah and Madinah, airport transfers, Umrah visa processing, and 24/7 customer support. Full details are listed on each individual package page.
